What an honor it was to receive my very own braille name headband from some amazing first-grade Mighty Mustangs in Mrs. Coaker’s class! After learning about Louis Braille, they were so thoughtful to create this for me. Such a special gift! #proud2bnhpgcp @nhpgcpufsd

This week, our Mighty Mustangs had the incredible opportunity to meet the author, Amy McCoy, who shared her inspiring books about understanding the experiences of children with autism and other differences. Our students learned the importance of spreading kindness, including others, and embracing everyone’s unique strengths!
