Our school playgrounds are a wonderful community resource, and we encourage families to enjoy them on weekends and outside of school hours. We are proud to make these spaces available for our community to enjoy.
To help keep our playgrounds clean and welcoming, we will be adding additional trash receptacles around our playgrounds. While we hope these make disposal more convenient, we also encourage visitors to take any trash with them when they leave, especially on weekends when our custodial team is not on duty. A small effort by each visitor helps ensure our playgrounds remain safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Please note that all school grounds close at dusk. We ask everyone to respect posted hours and help us keep our schools secure by leaving the property at that time.
If you notice a maintenance issue on school grounds outside of school hours, please contact our Facilities Office at (516) 434-2318 or fmetzger@nhp-gcp.org so we can address it promptly.
If you observe individuals remaining on school property after dusk or entering school grounds by climbing or jumping fences, please contact 911 so law enforcement can respond appropriately.
