Technology Integration      

At the elementary level, technology is integrated into the curriculum through projects facilitated by classroom teachers, the technology coach, and supported by building-based computer aides. Technology activities and projects are driven by the goals of the classroom curriculum at each grade level. In alignment with National Education Technology Standards, a computer technology curriculum guide provides teachers with a guide to integrate grade level appropriate technology skills into daily instructional activities.

Technology Coach    

As technology coach, my mission is to assist teachers in the development and use of technology rich lessons. I'll make every effort to simplify this task by making resources more readily available to you and your students. A technology newsletter has been created to help you in integrating technology in the core of the curriculum. This newsletter will become a tool that you can utilize often, and please know that I welcome any input that will  assist in making this newsletter a success. There is a section that is dedicated to providing every teacher and educator with ideas for their classes and schools. It is designed to bring together technology from all four schools. As a collaborative effort to keep the schools connected, please email your interactive lessons, great websites, and any web 2.0 tools you are using in your class to: dbolmarcich@nhp-gcp.org  Your input is valuable and will be posted in the newsletter for all to share.

Please fill out this form to request time with Technology Coach. Two periods will include a planning and presenting session to be incorporated into your lesson plans. Be as specific as possible when making your request.  Please return this form to the Diane Bolmarcich at  Manor Oaks School.  Please be sure to have school principal sign this request form before submitting.
