AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING

November 9, 2009

The Audit Committee of the New Hyde Park-Garden City Park School District will meet

Monday, November 9, 2009 at 6:30 P.M. in the Board Room of the Manor Oaks School. The

                Audit Committee will go into executive session to discuss  the required annual update to the risk assessment and internal control testing procedures relating to purchasing. It is expected that the Committee will resume in public session to make a recommendation to the Board for approval.
