At Hillside Grade School we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment that builds self-esteem and uses creative instructional programs to enable all students to become independent thinkers and life-long learners.  We will accomplish this by developing a partnership and celebrating the collaborative efforts of parents, staff, students and community.

     The mission of Hillside Grade School is to educate all of its students in an environment which is conducive to learning. It is recognized that each student is an individual and should be appreciated for his/her uniqueness. This mission will be accomplished through instruction by teachers, direction by administrators, and in cooperation with the students' parents/guardians.
